Four weekly email check-ins (one per week). You send one update using my template; I reply with tailored adjustments within two business days (Mon–Fri). Unused check-ins expire 45 days after plan delivery. Need real-time support? Choose the Follow-up Call add-on at checkout.
All skin types (normal, dry, oily, combination). Sensitivities from balanced to highly reactive. Traits such as mature (40+), dehydrated, fine lines/wrinkles, loss of firmness, dullness. Concerns like acne-prone breakouts, PIH/dark spots, redness/rosacea, texture/visible pores, and barrier-compromised/eczema-prone (between flares). Inclusive of all skin tones. Works alongside Rx (tretinoin/antibiotics). Pregnancy/breastfeeding-friendly adjustments on request. Budget-respectful.
Active infections, open wounds, new/unexplained rashes, severe unmanaged flares, or situations needing medical diagnosis/treatment. (I’ll always defer to your medical provider.)
